Welcome to SIP N Screen. These terms set out the rules for using our website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

SIP N Screen provides private theatre screenings, decorations, cakes, bouquets, party add-ons, gaming, and food and beverages. Services depend on availability.

2. Bookings

Please give accurate information when booking. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a booking ID. We may decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our website and may change. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. You can pay an advance online and the rest at the venue, or pay in full online. A convenience fee shown before payment is added to online payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. If we have to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances, we will give a full refund or offer another date.

5. Your responsibilities

You and your guests must follow the law and behave respectfully. We may end your booking without a refund if behaviour is inappropriate. You are responsible for having the right to play any content you bring or stream.

6. Guest guidelines and restrictions

• Outside food, drinks and decoration items are strictly prohibited.
• Sparklers, party poppers, party props, sprays, flammable items and bags are not allowed in the theatres.

Not following these rules may lead to cancellation of your booking without a refund.

7. Booking and slot usage

Bookings are valid only for the booked slot and can't be extended. Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Any delay or overstay may attract extra charges or may not be possible because of other bookings.

8. Damage policy

We may charge guests for any damage caused during their booking. Damage charges will be assessed fairly and explained to you before billing.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to SIP N Screen or its licensors. Please don't reuse it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, SIP N Screen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SIP N Screen and its staff against claims and losses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Using our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
