Refund and cancellation policy

How to cancel

Call or WhatsApp us on +91 95508 76521 with your booking ID. The time we receive your request is the time used to work out your refund.

How much you get back

• 24 hours or more before your slot: full refund of everything you paid.
• Between 24 and 6 hours before: a part refund, worked out pro rata — the closer to the slot, the less you get back. It goes down evenly from 100% at 24 hours to 0% at 6 hours.
• Less than 6 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

Example: you paid ₹500 and cancel 15 hours before your slot. That's halfway between 24 and 6 hours, so you get back ₹250.

Refunds are worked out on the booking amount you paid. The convenience fee (2%) charged on online payments is not refundable.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your slot, you get a full refund, including the convenience fee, or we can move you to another slot of your choice.

How refunds are paid

Online payments are refunded to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Amounts paid at the venue are refunded the same way they were paid.
